Our vines are grown using the Guyot pruning method with a density of 4140 plants/hectare.
The cultivation technique used is bound to a perfect combination of ancient and modern methods.
The vines are looked after with perseverance and devotion and receive the necessary attention that only a small family winery can dedicate because we are strongly convinced that an adeguate vine cultivation system is the best method for contributing to obtaining the best results in terms of quality.
Grape picking is done exclusively by hand choosing only the best bunches of grapes.
